Access the BIOS/UEFI from Windows
Stop guessing the right key at startup.
- In a terminal, restart straight into the firmware:
shutdown /r /fw /t 0
- Another method: Settings → System → Recovery → Advanced startup → Restart now → Troubleshoot → Advanced options → UEFI Firmware Settings.
- If the command is refused, your machine boots in legacy BIOS mode: use the manufacturer's key (see "Boot keys" in the toolbox).
